1. General Policy: All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of digital products, we generally do not offer refunds or exchanges once a purchase has been made and the files have been accessed or downloaded.
Why No Refunds?
Unlike physical goods (like clothing or electronics) that can be returned and restocked, digital assets are intangible, irrevocable, and easily replicable.

Irreversibility: Once a file is downloaded, it effectively enters your possession permanently. There is no way for you to truly "return" the product to us.

Replicability: Digital files can be copied, stored on multiple devices, or backed up instantly.
Because we cannot guarantee that the file has been deleted from your devices after a refund, we treat all digital downloads as "consumed" at the moment of purchase.
2. Exceptions (When We DO Offer Refunds)
We want to be fair. While "change of mind" refunds are not permitted, we will issue a full refund or provide a replacement file under the following specific circumstances:

Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the exact same product twice.

Technical Defect: If the file is corrupted, empty, or technically defective, and we are unable to fix the issue or provide a working replacement within a reasonable timeframe (48 hours).

3. Non-Refundable Situations
We will NOT grant refunds in the following situations:

Lack of Expertise: You do not have the necessary software or technical skills to use the file (e.g., you bought a Photoshop .PSD file but do not have Photoshop installed).

Incompatibility: The product is not compatible with your specific server environment, plugin version, or operating system, providing the product requirements were stated on the product page.

Lack of Support: As stated in our Terms of Service, our low pricing reflects a "shared access" model. We do not provide technical support or training on how to use the assets. A request for a refund because you require personal assistance from the author will be denied.
